Hassle Free Returns

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn´t right, let us know. VBVOLLEYBALL.COM gladly accepts returns of unworn/unwashed merchandise that are in store bought condition with original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We’ll send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style. If you´d rather have a refund, we´ll take care of that, too.

For Returns:

Please call our Returns Department at (323) 592-9651 to receive a return authorization number. Items returned after 10 days from purchase for refund or credit will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Place the merchandise securely in a box with your original packing list, then send the box back to us via insured mail with delivery confirmation to the address below. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Please note all merchandise needs to be returned via shipment.

Returning Footwear:

We recommend that you try on footwear with clean socks on a carpeted area to determine if they fit correctly. If the footwear does not fit properly, and you would like to return or exchange them, please place them securely in their original box and then use our shipping carton to return the product. Please do not use the shoe box as a shipping carton.

Volleyballs

All balls are shipped deflated. For instructions on how to inflate a volleyball, please Click Here. All volleyballs are inspected before shipping. Please follow our user friendly instructions on how to correctly inflate a volleyball.

My volleyball isn’t holding air. What do I do?

Any ball that isn’t used for a while will loose air, so first inflate it to the recommended pressure outlined on the ball. If your volleyball isn’t holding air, please make sure it has been stored for more than 48 hours in a clean, dry location at room temperature. If the ball is still not holding air, and under the manufactures warranty, call (323) 592-9651.

Closeout Merchandise:

Because we are offering these items at drastically reduced prices, we are unable to accept returns on closeout merchandise. We are doing our best to get rid of this stock to clear out our warehouse so that we may offer you the latest and greatest product offerings for the new season.

Incorrect Shipments:

We strive for perfection but on occasion we may slip-up and ship an incorrect item. If you receive an incorrect shipment, please notify us within 3 days so it may be corrected immediately. VBVOLLEYBALL.COM will issue a pre-paid ARS label (Automated Return Service). When you receive this label simply attach it to the shipping carton and drop it off at any FedEx / Kinko’s or give to any FedEx driver. You will not be responsible for any shipping fees.

For Exchanges:

Return merchandise with the original packing list to the address below, and order your new merchandise at the same time by calling (323) 592-9651 during normal business hours (8am – 6pm PST). We will process the return when your original merchandise arrives back to our distribution center and ship your replacement items as soon as possible (In-stock items will be shipped out the same day).

We will gladly waive you’re Shipping and Handling (S&H) fees on your replacement order. Your original payment method will be charged or credited if the exchanged merchandise value is greater than or less than original merchandise value.

For Rapid Exchanges:

Need it faster? Give us a ring at (323) 592-9651 and tell us that you want to do a Rapid Exchange. We will order and charge you for the new merchandise, waive your Shipping and Handling (S&H) fees and send it right out. While you wait for your new order, send us back the original merchandise and we’ll credit your account once we get it.

Things To Keep In Mind

· Shipping charges are non-refundable on returned items.

· Custom clothing or decorated garments are non-returnable and non-refundable for any reason.

· Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.

· Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

· Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

· If the original payment was a check, money order, merchandise certificate or gift certificate, you will receive either a refund check in the mail or an account credit.
